Context oriented design with CALM Studio

CALM Studio is a boutique architectural design practice based in Chennai, India working on various scale of developments.

The CALM philosophy embodies a holistic approach to design that incorporates not just architectural design, interior, landscape and master planning but also extends to lighting, graphics, and branding. The studio holds a distinctive speciality in luxury homes, hospitality and commercial developments.

The CALM purpose is to reach out and make an offering that is sincere, whole and revolves totally around a personal experience. The intent is built on a complete understanding of the purpose, person and place, to deliver not just a design solution, but a completely transformed experience accompanied by a revelation to a lifestyle that revolves around the user of the space.

It is an integrated solution envisioned for peace and tranquillity within the environment. This thinking is the core of CALM and it is what gives the holistic design approach its unique personality. CALM Studio is not all about building. The studio has been honoured in Architectural digest’s AD100 of the most influential designers in the country.
