They have overcome significant budget constraints for some of their projects, exploiting inexpensive and readily available materials and techniques, used in new ways, towards innovative solutions. They never reject small, difficult, and less profitable projects and believe in transforming such spaces into something amazing. They feel that continually embracing these challenges and gained them valuable experiences that are applicable to larger, more complex, and more costly projects as well and this has helped them deliver high-level designs with incredible value.

Architecturally they celebrate identity and diversity versus visual homogeneity. They think of their buildings and cities as Bazaars, places of human interaction along with being places of human habitation. This ensures all their projects are unique, whilst responding to the client, climate, context and the end-users

The end-user always sits at the center of their design process in our approach to building smart environments. They consider mobility, security, outdoor comfort, technology, health and well-being, ease of facility management and disaster readiness to create spaces that work equally well for all users.

They understand that they are often working in an environment with limited resources hence, they deploy passive strategies by responding to the local climate and ecology and address comfort, safety, livability parameters and are mindful that projects remain economically viable and globally pertinent.

The belief in sustainability shapes all their projects. It is not treated as a layer of applied technology on building systems but forms the very basis of the design. Each project is conceived through a research-oriented approach to policy, planning, design, technology, passive and low energy design.
